Wooden slatted fence Ganivelle H0 Decapod 2830

This type of fence is made of wooden slats (usually chestnut) joined together with galvanised wire.

There is a wide variety in terms of height and pitch between the slats. Decapod has chosen to reproduce a model that is well suited to fencing railway rights-of-way, and described as such in the documents of the former companies.

The top of the fence should be 1m20 from the ground; we propose to fix it with about 50 cm of 1 mm diameter brass wire, which will allow you to figure the stakes.

Although typical of the old railway, you can also use this fence along a modern property, as the natural materials have become current again for some time.

Made of 0.2 mm brass, this engraving can be easily shaped and will allow you to build about 1 m of fence.

The easiest way to decorate it is to brown it before use, then complete the patina (old wood tint) with paint.
